The breakfast with scrambled eggs was awesome.

the location was great and fantastic - just next door to bars, restaurants, shops and public transport and transport. in the evening we went to cooking love, located not too far away from the hotel.

Had a really amazing stay for another visit at the end of my stay, glad I've chosen it. Everything was good as expected, even so the bathroom was very basic. The location was great, not very far from Tha Phae Gate: )

We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, it was exceptionally comfortable and had excellent location near a quiet alley in the old town of Chiang Mai. They gave us a double room with a terrace. All in all everything was good, but we had very basic bathroom. The stay was really amazing.

Was a convenient base for trip. We were offered great muesli, fruit and eggs. The room was huge & airy, with a terrace. The personnel was nice and courteous. The hotel's location was incredible, close enough to public transport and everything: temples, night bazaar, night markets.

The service was outstanding, accommodating all my needs. Comfortable room and bed. Efficiently resolved AC issue. Honest and affordable tours offered. Convenient central location.

Brand-new room with excellent air con, a fridge and aircon, cool drinks in the on-site bar. Located close to a bus stop, in the very very nice area.

It was in an exceptionally nice and ideal location with Tha Phae Gate nearby. Thanks to the best staff everything was very good, including a lot of fabulous food.

This wonderful, clean property has astonishing bagged breakfasts and fantastic staff. The rooms are outstanding and comfy, with an air conditioning, a minibar, and a stone fireplace. The location of the hotel is great and stunning, close to a main street and a temple.

Location: the hotel was short walk to good restaurants, many attractions and the night markets and many wats, shops and restaurants.

During our stay at Pudsadee House, we were delighted by the warm and accommodating family who owns and runs the place. They went above and beyond to assist us throughout our entire stay. The room was impeccably clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We also enjoyed the included breakfast, which was a fantastic bonus. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was within walking distance to all the attractions in the Old Center. The wifi connection was strong and reliable, and we had no complaints whatsoever. We highly recommend Pudsadee House for a wonderful stay in Chiang Mai.

Savoury breakfasts, the stay was real good!

All in all - we really enjoyed this place & would stay here again. Its location within a close distance from a Buddhist temple was peaceful. Was set in 15 minutes' walk to the downtown, and the workers were very helpful.

The place was fairly clean, brand-new rooms. Units with a terrace. Enjoyable stay, as always.

Wi-Fi was very poor.
